A 24-year-old Steuben County man has been jailed on child porn charges after an investigation by the New York State Police, FBI, and Hornell Police Department.
A press release from State Police says that Ryan D. Hamilton of Hornell was arrested on August 24 and charged with Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child and Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, both felonies.
The arrest came after Hamilton shared files using his computer that depicted kids under 16 engaged in sexual conduct. The investigation is continuing.
